Week 4 Progress Report

The week commenced with the Product Managers reviewing the overall team's progress so far and notified everyone on areas to improve on. Immediately, the sub-teams began work on all deliverables.

The digital marketing team continued to create multiple contents on our social media platforms to boost the brand's awareness and to continue engaging our audience following the stipulated schedule on the Content Calendar. They have met up to over 150 followers on Facebook and still working on other platforms. There are no user signups yet on the website as it is still in progress.

The graphics design team and Video Animators have however continued to create infographic contents and videos animations respectively that have been used by the Digital Marketers to create social media contents and boost awareness. All infographic contents and videos followed the brand's design guide accordingly.

The Customer Relationship Manager has created the FAQ bot and have implemented it on the Coming Soon page. Although it has not been tested yet by our Quality Assurance Personnel as she is currently unavailable.

The Product (Ui/Ux) Design Team have rounded off the high fidelity wireframes for the website and sent them to the WordPress team who have begun working on them.

Due to the unavailability of the website, the Data Analytics Team have not created a reporting dashboard yet but they have worked on the visualisation of the research dataset collected in the fmweeks before and are currently in search of data of competitors whose sales performance analysis are to be carried out as soon as they get the dataset.

Lastly, the Product Management Team have been up and running with each one of the members assigned to each track to ensure their tasks are done and delivered on time. They have also been keeping the task management dashboard (Trello) in check for the deadlines and progress reports.
